Baristas Coffee Company receives new Ticker Symbol
Seattle, WA , May 11, 2010 ----- Baristas Coffee Company, Inc. formerly Innovative Communications Technologies (ICTN) announces that it has been issued a new ticker symbol (BCCI) as a result of the companies final approval by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) the largest independent regulator for all securities firms doing business in the United States. The Company has begun trading under the new symbol which more accurately describes its business activities.
“This was the result of the efforts of many individuals and the thorough review of all of the Companies relevant documents by FINRA, DTCC, our transfer agent, and internal team of attorneys and advisors. I am extremely proud of and pleased by the persistence and patience of all who were involved. Now we can focus our efforts towards moving the Company forward and furthering the pursuit of revenue and profits” stated CEO Barry Henthorn.
