Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board

Barry has a long history in founding and funding start-up and emerging stage companies, providing business guidance to them on general business matters including but not limited to the review of financing options, introduction to third parties, communications with existing or potential customers, manufacturing processes, Corporate Web / IT services, and market research. He is a pioneer in the development and marketing of telecommunications technologies. In 1990, Barry founded and served as CEO of Emerald City Telecommunications, which clarified the definition of private telecommunications networks. While continuing to develop this technology in 1992, he formed Emerald City Cellular, and introduced the "free cellular phone" to the cellular market which revolutionized the way Cellular phones were distributed worldwide. The two companies merged to create Innovative Communications Technologies, which creates and markets a variety of communications technologies. Barry served as the CEO of ICT and the creator of its new Global Private Telecommunications Networks. Barry founded ReelTime.com, a leading internet streaming media video-delivery technology company. Not only was he the co-creator of the core technology, but served as its CEO from 2004-2009. Barry has also sat on advisory boards for numerous US corporations in a variety of industries including aerospace, law, accounting, international trade, espresso machine manufacturing, and travel. Barry continues to contribute to a fresh viewpoint and vision towards the future.

President and Director

Scott has been involved in virtually every aspect of the construction industry for nearly 20 years. From Laborer to Designer of High Rise Buildings and Developer of over 40 Townhomes, Mr. Steciw has the capacity to understand the viability of acquisitions, the ability to raise capital to get projects out of the ground, and a track record of getting deals done. He is currently a Partner in a property located in downtown Seattle planned for a mixed use project with over 9,000 gsf of retail space and 130 residential units. As a professional consultant to the building design industry, he has held over 100 power point presentations to the industry, presenting to audiences from 10 to over 200 people. Mr. Steciw has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Boston University.

Director of Marketing

Ron Henthorn has extensive experience and knowledge in the worldwide marketing of technical products. A graduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wichita led to a 37-year career with the Boeing Company as Chief Project Engineer on special programs, National Sales Manager for Boeing Construction Equipment Company, and Director of Marketing of technical products developed at Boeing, with a strong background in licensing and royalty agreements. Ron has developed business plans and served as an officer for numerous successful start-up companies including technology, construction, sports facilities, and aerospace. As Chairman of the Board and COO of Innovative Communications Technologies since 1995, Ron has developed several key-banking relationships for ICT and its divisions.

General Counsel

Mr. Bjornson has spent his 24 year legal career practicing both in Seattle, Washington, and in Missoula, Montana, specializing in business transactions, contracts, loan transactions, corporate law, business organizations (including corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships), private and public business financings, real estate, tax litigation, tax planning, estate planning, trusts and probate, and alternative dispute resolution in lieu of litigation. Currently the principal in Bjornson Law Offices, P.C., located in Missoula, Montana, he was formerly a partner with Boone, Karlberg & Haddon in Missoula, and was an attorney with the Seattle law firms of Monahan & Biagi and Bogle & Gates, a large 200+ attorney firm. Prior to law school, David was employed as a certified public accountant by the international accounting firm of Touche Ross & Co. He was also formerly in-house corporate counsel, an executive officer and board member of Jore Corporation, a significant manufacturer of tools and tool accessories located in Ronan, Montana, which during that tenure successfully completed a public offering of its shares for $46 Million. He has a depth of experience in structuring companies and nurturing companies in their early growth phases through and into substantial revenues, multiple owners and classes of owners, investors and lenders, and a formal board of directors and officer slate. He holds a Masters of Laws degree (LL.M.) in taxation from New York University (1988), a J.D. degree (with honors) from the University of Montana (1985), a B.A. degree in Business Administration (with honors) from the University of Montana (1979), and a Certified Public Accountant Certificate (1981) (cert. maint.). He is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, the U.S. Federal District Court in Montana, and is a member of the American Association of Attorneys – Certified Public Accountants.
